It takes no more than a few minutes to get started with Sproom - this applies to both the ability to send or receive electronic invoices.
When you enter or upload your first invoice, you are automatically created as a user in Sproom, and thus receive a free Sproom Free profile. You can also create a profile yourself and choose the profile that best suits your needs before sending the first invoice.
Create a profile on Sproom
To create your profile on Sproom, you must do the following:
Click on the link here and fill in the fields with your company information.
Accept the Terms and Conditions and then click on "Create profile".
Here you must then approve the creation with MitID / MItID Erhverv
You will now receive a validation email to confirm that you are you.

Three ways to pay for your consumption
When you are logged into your Sproom profile, under “Services” you can read more about which profile type best suits your needs and register immediately.

Three ways to pay for your consumption
You pay for your consumption and services via the account under your Sproom profile.
Every month you will receive an invoice with an overview of your consumption. The invoice does not usually include payment information.
There are three payment options:
“Automatic Recharge”: here you can register a credit card from which Sproom will deduct the total amount for your registered services each month. This way you do not have to be aware of whether there is enough money on your Sproom account, as we will use your credit card to bring your account to 0 each month. This means that you will have neither too much nor too little money on your Sproom account.
Pay via invoice. If you choose to pay monthly via invoice, your invoices will show an FI code as well as reg. no. and account no. for payment.
Do you need to update user information?
If your company changes address, gets a new phone number or has other changes, this information must be updated in Sproom.
To change your user information, do the following:
Click on "Settings" on the bar at the top right.
Update the information.
Click on "Save" at the bottom of the page to finish.
NOTE: You cannot change your CVR number. For security reasons, it cannot be changed without the change being verified by Sproom. If you want to change this information, you must contact Sproom Support. You can find the contact information here.
